Cancellation & Refund Policy

Asha Neuropsychiatry Clinics (HealthCare Hospital) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellations

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the booking. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the appointment has been communicated to the clinic and they have initiated the process of assigning a doctor.
• In case of any Refunds approved by the Asha Neuropsychiatry Clinics, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Refunds

Refunds for consultations or services will be processed under the following conditions:

• If the doctor is unavailable and the appointment is cancelled by the clinic.
• If the patient cancels the appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, subject to a nominal processing fee.
• Refunds will not be provided for missed appointments without prior notice.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.
