Delivery of Services
For our services, delivery is considered complete once the consultation (in-person or teleconsultation) has been provided to the patient at the scheduled time.
- Confirmation of your appointment will be sent to your registered email address or phone number immediately upon successful booking.
- We do not ship any physical goods or products. Therefore, traditional shipping policies do not apply to our services.
